EOC Retest Permission Form

Dear Hickory Ridge Families,
As we approach End-of-Course (EOC) testing, we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible growth and effort our Bulls have shown this year. Our students have worked hard, supported one another, and continued to rise to every challenge—something we are truly proud of.
We’re confident that our students will demonstrate great progress on their EOCs, and that many will reach proficiency as a reflection of their dedication and learning.
For students who do not reach proficiency on their first attempt, we will offer a Second Chance Retest opportunity.
Families are encouraged to opt in early, even before EOC testing begins. Early opt-ins help us plan ahead and ensure that testing days run smoothly. Please complete the attached form to sign up for this Second Chance opportunity.
We want every Hickory Ridge student to have access to this valuable opportunity if needed. Your timely response will help us make sure all who qualify can benefit.
