¡Bienvenidos a la clase de español! Welcome to Spanish class.  I am looking forward to a successful Fall 2022 Spring Semester.

Just a bit about myself - I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Spanish.  In addition, I am certified in Business Spanish and Translation.  After graduating, in 2001, I taught at Northwest Cabarrus High School for 3 years.  I decided to be a "stay at home mom" after the birth of my 2nd child.  Both of my children are in school now and I have missed teaching Spanish.  I returned to teaching, part-time, in 2012 at HRHS and it has been wonderful.
