Welcome Back!!!!!! I look forward to collaborating, serving and assisting the faculty, staff and students at Hickory Ridge High School. Before being in the Media Center, I taught English Language Arts in both middle and high school for 17 years.

I grew up in Rhode Island and attended Rhode Island College where I received a BA in Secondary English Education/ Middle School Endorsement and Human Development. After years of teaching I received my Masters in Library and Information Sciences from ECU.

My specialty is research, however, I love to read and dream of my next vacation destination!!! With that said, I will encourage and foster a love of learning, reading and dreaming of far away places!!!!

I have two boys and two fur babies that keep me active and busy!!!
