Cabarrus County Schools are CLOSED on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, due to inclement weather and hazardous road conditions.Cabarrus County Schools families and staff:  

Due to hazardous road conditions in parts of our county, all Cabarrus County Schools will be CLOSED on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. There will not be a make-up day due to additional hours built into the calendar.

KIDS:PLUS will not operate, and all athletic, extra-curricular, and community use events and activities are cancelled for Tuesday, January 27, 2026, as well.

Employees should check staff email or visit the Finance Department website for reporting instructions.
